The Maharana Pratap Charitable Trust, Bhiwani is a visionary organization which has been formed with the aim with the aim and objectives of promoting the cause of education particularly in the area of women education and in the society at large. The objectives of the trust are making access to technical, professional and job oriented quality education easier to the aspirants. The trust is running more than one institutions to meet the needs of the people of the area in the field of General Education, Professional Education and Technical Education. LOCATION:
The Campus: The College is located in serene natural surroundings at the threshold of Bhiwani Town in Haryana. It is situated on a spacious 10 acres piece of land of Paluwas village adjoining to HUDA Colony of Bhiwani 23 Sector. The College is accessible from Rohtak via Meham and also via Kalanaur as shown in the Map. It is 50 Kms from Rohtak, 30 Kms from Hansi and 145 Kms from Delhi. It is well connected by Road & Rail to Rohtak, Delhi, and Hissar & Rewari.

RECOGNITION & AFFILIATION:
To mete out the long felt demand of a college of education and that too for women in the area, the trust planned to start ‘Maharana Pratap College of Education for Women’. The College has been established in August 2006 and admitted 100 students for the academic session 2006-2007 after completing all the formalities. NCTE, Jaipur has been considerate enough to grant recognition to ‘Maharana Pratap College of Education for Women’. Meham Road. PALUWAS (Bhiwani). Vide letter No.F.NRC/NCTE/F-7/HR-304/4649 Dated: 17 August 2006 on the basis of the infrastructure and fulfillment of all the norms and conditions laid by NCTE.
After inspection of the college and verification of facts, it has been granted affiliation by Maharishi Dayanad University, Rohtak (Haryana). The Government of Haryana, keeping in view the need & justification of the college of education, has been kind enough to issue no objection and grand permission to start the college.
ADMISSION:
Ours is a college of education for woman where only female candidates are admitted for B.Ed. We have an intake of one unit I.E. 100 female candidates for one academic session. The admission to B.Ed. are made as per the policies of state govt. /M.D.U. Rohtak / NCTE and terms and conditions of the admission making agency.
FEE STRUCTURE:
The fee structure for the admitted is framed and prescribed by the State Govt. and admission making agency. We follow the prescribed fee structure in letter and spirit.

LIBRARY
A well equipped & beautiful arranged library is not only an asset or a collection of books but a boon for a fullest growth of the pupil teachers and also a source of ever expanding knowledge and professional growth of the teaching faculty. The college has a good collection of more than 3000 books along with a good number of magazines, periodicals and educational journals. |

The whole building is electricity fitted and in case a failure of electricity there is a provision of a generator. Fire Extinguisher (Cylinders) are fitted at four place in the college. One at the main Entrance, the second in the library, the third near the laboratories and the fourth in the college verandah.
